Nottingham is a community of about 500 homes (currently) broken into smaller enclaves of a few streets each.  It was developed by Tribute Homes, who is still developing the northern half as a Phase 2 type of development. 

Considered by many to be an innovative approach to design, the use of enclaves as the basic community design feature was intended to provide residents with a sense of privacy and a feeling of exclusivity.  These two aspects were fundamental in making this community upscale, and a special place to live.

It's a family-growth type of community which means it has a variety of home sizes and styles designed to suit all types of families thoughout their lifecycle.  Within this community, there are smaller, neighbourhood-type sections which encourage familiarity while at same time reducing traffic to just those for that neighbourhood. 

There are entry level homes for those with small children all the way through to larger, roomier homes for when your kids have grown and need more of their own space.

North American real estate statistics have shown that on average, the majority of next-home purchases are within 7 kilometres of your current home.  With an enclave of mixed homes like Nottingham, you can upgrade your home without leaving the neighbourhood or changing schools etc.

It's located in Ajax, bounded by Westney Rd on the west, Rossland Rd on the south, almost to Harwood on the east, and ultimately, when the next phase is complete, by Taunton Rd on the north.
