Steven has been a friend of our family for many years so we knew him to be a very dedicated, smart, successful, conscientious professional and decided he should be our agent. Steven spent a few months sending us property listings that we could check, and never hesitated to bring us out to personally view the ones that interested us. He was very patient and gave us good advice as to the pros/cons with each property. When we finally did decide on purchasing our new home, Steven was a "top notch" agent during the many negotiations with the seller. He was available any time to answer our many questions (or find the answers) between the time of the sale and closing date. He provided us with names of reputable people he had personally dealt with to provide us everything from lawyers, mortgage officers to handymen and inspectors.
We also had the difficult job of selling our current property as quickly as possible. Steven's wife Marg was a wonderful help with her professional "staging" advice to show our home to it's best potential. There were at least 3 other homes similar to ours in the same area for sale, plus a brand new sub-division to compete against. Steven never despaired and provided open-houses every weekend during the hot summer even though most people were away on vacation. He encouraged colleagues to come and see our property. Steven was always upbeat, and willing to discuss and suggest options. When we finally did get an offer, it was handled very quickly and efficiently with no problems arising at all.
We would definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for a trustworthy, ambitious agent that gets the job done.

Although they say that the real estate business is based on customer service and referrals it is rare to find an agent who would go the extra mile as you have for us. When we first started looking at houses, you took the time to show us various properties to ensure that we found the right one for our family, but with the baby on the way, the timing wasn't right and we stopped looking. I was extremely impressed that even after 5 months when we were ready to look again, we called you back and not only did you remember us, you asked if Kelly had had the baby yet, and what we had.
Once again the search began and after looking again, we found what I think is the perfect home to suit our needs. It is close to the school, for Kalynn, and on a dead end street making it great for her to play outside, it was also provide a good place for Brendan to grow up. When we were finally ready to make an offer, you expertise and knowledge came in extremely handy as this was the first home we have purchased and I am extremely happy with the condition of the house vs. the price that we paid.
When we went back to the house to measure and select paint colours, you took the time to bring your camera, as I had forgotten mine, took some great pictures of the house and e-mailed them to us. You even brought your wife with you, which I think was a help to Kelly as she was picking the colours that she would be painting. Taking the extra time to provide us with change of address cards and address labels was an extremely thoughtful gesture, thank you.
I am extremely satisfied with my new home, and would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends or call you again should we need to upgrade. Life is always full of surprises.
